The Fonds supports the call to continue the “Kultur macht stark” initiative
For many years, the federal program “Kultur macht stark” has been supporting projects across Germany that do exactly that—and our “Global Village Kids” funding program is also part of this success story.
Cultural education creates opportunities, strengthens participation, and opens up new perspectives for young people. For many years, the federal program “Kultur macht stark” has been supporting projects across Germany that do exactly that—and our “Global Village Kids” grant program is part of this success story.
The Fonds Darstellende Künste therefore supports the German Cultural Council’s current appeal: The future of “Kultur macht stark” must be secured now. Children and young people, local alliances, and organizations need planning certainty—so that cultural education remains reliably available beyond 2027.
