How to add an Event to the Calendar

The Events Calendar of the Fonds Darstellende Künste is the first nationwide performance calendar dedicated to Germany’s independent performing arts sector. In addition to premieres, the calendar also features revivals, guest performances, events related to projects funded by the Fonds, and associated events. The calendar thrives on your participation: artists can submit their events themselves in just a few minutes. We kindly ask for submissions in German only. Thanks for your understanding.

If you have received funding from the Fonds since 2024, you can enter information about your events independently. Through the Funding Portal, you can quickly and easily upload dates, event descriptions, images, and other relevant details. Step-by-step instructions can be found in the tutorial below.

Was your project funded by the Fonds before 2024? Under “Projects Funded Before 2024”, we explain how you can submit your event dates.

For projects funded before 2024, submissions cannot be made through the Funding Portal. Instead, please contact kalender*fonds-daku.de and provide your project number.
