Martina Leeker

Martina Leeker is a scholar of theater and media studies, as well as a performer and lab founder. She teaches and conducts research on digital cultures, theater/performance and digitality, artistic research, criticism, care/digital care, and digital education. Since fall 2021, she has been serving as acting head of the (Chair) “Aesthetic Theory and Practice” in the Division of Art and Art Theory, Department of Art and Music at the University of Cologne. She is the founder and director of “The Respectful Nettheatrechannel” for theater and digitality. Together with Konstanze Schütze, she runs the “Care Research Lab” in addition to the interview series “aAaR.”
