Respect Charter

Together for respect and solidarity.
Together against hate and agitation.

A warm welcome to "DIE KUNST, VIELE ZU BLEIBEN. Bundesweite Foren für Kunst, Freiheit und Demokratie." We look forward to seeing you at our events.

As organizers, we have a responsibility to provide you with the safest and most positive experience possible at our event, free from any form of harassment or discrimination. We would therefore ask you all to treat each other with mutual respect.

Attending the events is about meeting and engaging with people who have different origins, backgrounds and experiences. The use of derogatory language, any form of harassment, racism, anti-Semitism, right-wing extremism, Islamophobia, sexism, transphobia, ableism, queerphobia, classism and other forms of discrimination and derogatory behavior will not be tolerated at any event venue, nor will incitement to hatred or violence, bullying or negative stereotyping of individuals or groups of people.

The display of symbols on items of clothing or the public wearing of accessories and tattoos with a connection to the far-right scene is also a violation of this Respect Charter. If visitors to the event site are seen to violate this rule, this will result in their immediate expulsion from the site by the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to make use of their house rights and deny access to or exclude from the event persons who belong to far-right parties or organizations, are associated with the far-right scene, or have already made racist, nationalist, anti-Semitic or other inhumane statements in the past.

Please let us work together to ensure a harmonious and respectful coexistence. If our Respect Charter is disregarded, we reserve the right to involve our awareness team where possible, to exercise our house rights as organizers and to ask you to leave the building/grounds.

By entering the premises, you as a visitor acknowledge the Respect Charter.

The house rules of the respective venue also apply.

Thank you for your support and understanding. We wish you a pleasant and inspiring visit. Enjoy the art and the company!
