Brücken schaffen: Ein transdisziplinäres Evaluationslabor

Hajusom e.V.

We develop strategies to build bridges between communities and create an atmosphere of sharing and common experience.

The lab supports the art practice of young people, with a special emphasis on those with refugee and migrant backgrounds and/or experiences of racism. In this context, they offer workshops to highlight the diversity of their experiences and forms of expression and to generate artistic impulses. An additional focus of their work is to provide connections to protagonists from the fields of art, politics, and education. Through the exchange of ideas, the forming of partnerships, and the collaborative realization of projects, they promote synergies and foster the sustainable development of all related activities.

Their discussions and artistic contributions will be documented in an audio feature, which will not only record the results, but will also provide a platform for publishing art works created during the lab. In these ways, they seek to contribute to the emergence of a comprehensive range of artistic expression that reflects the multiple perspectives and voices of their core groups. Their holistic approach supports the exchange of knowledge and the sustainable development of artistic practices in their target group, and contributes to the enhancement of equal opportunities and social empowerment through art.
