The wastewater treatment plant is an experimental construction for difficult times. When the distribution battles are ongoing, conflicts are multiplying, when fronts are hardening and nerves are on edge.
Kampnagel is approaching a time when, from 2025 onwards, the theater will become a performative construction site while it is still in operation. As a preventative measure, raumlabor is building a landscape that is something between a wellness area and a recycling yard. With conference pools, discourse revitalization, decontamination areas, cross-pollination facilities, awareness baths and a salina. The B.A.L.L. will feature the opening of the first clarification tank, an open-air hot springs for all.
