Explanations

mask friendly*

Individual formats are marked "mask-friendly", i.e. if required and after prior consultation with the persons responsible for the format, the wearing of a mask can be made obligatory for all. After timely advance notification of persons with this accessibility need, the B.A.L.L. team will make every effort to implement it. Please indicate your personal needs when registering online.

relaxed**

Visitors can leave the room at any time. We strive for transparency in terms of sensory triggers. There is an acceptance of movement and sound in the workshops; attention will be paid to warm, dim lighting. Beanbags will be available.

Translations

The event is held predominantly in German spoken language. Individual formats will be held in English. Numerous formats are offered in English or German live interpretation via headphones - the program overview provides information on which ones these are. In addition, interpreters are available on call for so-called whispered translations. As far as possible, the speakers and moderators will respond to requests to speak in English. Please let us know your needs via the online registration form.
