Historic and current forms of “defensive democracy” as well as international perspectives are in focus at Berlin’s discourse program, flanked by an artistic program with guest performances at the Sophiensæle and a “Showdown” influenced by UK Hip Hop, grime, afrobeat and spoken word by the circus company Upswing (UK) at the Chamäleon Theater.
