The motto is: We still want to be well.

The "GamesArtistLab: Playing with The Audience" saw itself as a meeting and a play space – a GameJam – at which artists of all disciplines engaged with the audience in a researching and questioning way. Central to this was the investigation of hybrid forms between games and theater. In the sense of a radically process-oriented work, the participants came together in Hamburg and entered into negotiations about how a space can be designed together in which everyone feels comfortable and a joint creative work is possible. A central tool for this coming together were rules of the game and agreements about the design of the space.

Over the course of the lab, several questions arose from this basic constellation that can be applied to games, theater, hybrid forms, work processes, and everything else as well: What rules of the game do we need to come together? Who makes these rules? How and within what framework can they be broken? How can we change or adapt these rules?
